Staging is NOT decorating or interior design. Decorating and design is personalizing. Staging is de-personalizing and preparing a house for the un-known buyer. It is to give it a "model home" appearance so that the potential buyer can see themselves living in the home.

Staging services
CONSULTATION:
Fee: $75/hr
This is the first step. We will walk through your home to know all the things that can be done to prepare your property for the market. You will receive a completed Report on cost effective changes or upgrades to improve the successful sale of your home. You will also receive a Staging Proposal that will include estimates for further Staging services. Expect this appointment to take 1 - 2 hours.

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING:
Fee:
$80/hr for one stager
$150/hr for two stagers
This is where we put into action the recommendations you choose from the Initial Consultation and Staging Proposal. We will physically transform the furniture and accessory layout of your home. We will use either your own items, as well as rented or purchased items, always thinking of emphasizing the qualities of your house. We will be detailing, decluttering, and depersonalizing your home. This takes 3 – 5 hours for the main rooms.
VACANT HOME STAGING:
Fee:
Estimates vary depending on the needs of each client.
Most buyers are not able to visualize empty spaces. We will create the spaces and environments that buyers want to see with our inventory of furniture and accessories.
POST MOVING SERVICES:
Fee: $75/hr
We can help you after moving to a new home. We will give you a hand organizing the kitchen and the main rooms, and properly placing your furniture and accessories.
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES:
Fee:
Costs vary according to the property.
We will furnish and decorate your investment property so that you can rent it at the best price and get the best reviews.
